check your TPS voltage at closed throttle and WOT. at closed it should be at .5v, and WOT should be anywhere from 4.5-5v. check your vacuum lines to the intake manifold and throttle body, clean your idle air control valve aka (IACV), clean your intake air temperature sensor, check your map sensor voltage, check your ignition timing; base is at 16 degrees btdc. or could be as simple as a intake manifold gasket, or throttle body gasket. i had an issue where my engine was idling at 1k rpm. but that was because i had taken the throttle body off to port it a bit and reused the same gasket. i replaced it with a new one, and problem was solved. it now idles at 700-800rpm
