ok so i have a 2000 honda civic ek D16y8 and when i bought the car and it was teaged for 2 years and when i brought it through inspection last time i had a hard time with them doing the emissions test its not the drive cycles ether becasue i had an obd2 tester to make sure all my moduels turned on and they did after a little bit of driveing mut as soon as i pull it in the dmv they want you to shut the car off and turn it back on and as soon as that happens the moduales reset so idk what to do help

 

Check your "back up" fuse.

Does your radio/clock reset as well?
