Default CEL doesn't light on, when service connector is jumped . MPFI swap from D16A6

So I got this EG4 (Euro spec DPFI D15B2) with MPFI swap from D16A6 engine.

ECU is PM6 (year 88, chipped). The problem I'm facing right now, is that when I jump service connector to set my ignition timing, CEL doesnt come on. AFAIK it should light solid when connecor is jumped and the car is running (correct me If I'm wrong...). All the wires that go from connector to ECU are good and not damaged. Pins weren't changed as it is unnecessary when ECU is changed from PM5 to PM6.

Where should I look for the problem? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

The bulb is probably burned out or has been removed.
