Default sohc greddy kit-no i/c

would it be safe to run a greddy kit on my d16y8 without an intercooler. I will only be at 5 psi daily. any suggestions would help.

it would be fine
i ran it for around 6 months

but i do strongly suggest you to get one especially if ur weather is hot

yep, should be fine. i wouldnt go over 5 psi but i have seen some cars here run at around 8 psi without an intercooler and still run fine. but i wouldnt recomend it.

like everybody else said, i wouldn't mess with the boost at all. Your motor will be fine. Since your in tx though, i would get a intercooler as sonn as you can.
