I got a 91 integra rs model with a b18b obd0 the car was running fine and all of a sudden my cluster goes out ang going crazy as in speedometer keep rotating in circles n marking no gas and marking that it's overheating but it's not after a few days it started over heating so I left it sitting I figured it was the water pump I tried turning her on n now she don't start the ece n some little relay next to the main relay makes a buzzing sound n won't start when the key is off my hazards don't work n when I press on it it causes that buzzing sound now non of my lights work any suggestions

 

Grounding, most electrical issues are ground related, a "buzzing" relay is a sure sigh of a bad ground someplace, start with the main grounds, batt. to chassis and chassis to engine, disconnect/clean/reconnect. 94
