Horn and Fogs stopped working

Horn and Fogs stopped working
My horn and fogs have never had an issue. The other day, I honked my horn, went to go rehonk it and it didn't work and my fogs no long work. Anyone have any ideas? I have a 98 civic ex (D16y8 - ek coupe). Any help would be great. Fuses are NOT blown.
