I run real rich it seems my head is fully built port and polished with blox springs and retainers skunk2 cams and camgears aem adjustable fuel regulater and fuel pressure gauge running a chipped p28 with a 2 step redline at 8500 rpm i normally only smoke at high rpms is that from wrong air fuel ratio? No headgasket leaks and it has new rings.

Go get it tuned! Don't run it with that garbage base tune, use it to drive to a tuner don't even go into vtec!

Do you have the fuel pump matched to the regulator? Do you have the ECU tuned to the regulator? Are you running an OEM map sensor? Have you adjusted your cams, and in doing so, did you double check your ignition timing at operating temp? You have a lot of things going on here, so like wunf said, get it tuned properly!
