Default chipped ecu was working fine till now. Need help

I have 90 accord and chipped p06, using Crome free and Freelog for dataloging. Also use ostrich emulator. For about 2 months everything was working fine till now. It looks like my ecu doesnt recognize the chip despite the fact j1 jumper is installed. It seems ecu works on stock p06 civic map. When I unplug moates from ecu (drive without chip but on emulator all the time) while engine is working nothing happens - no change in engine work. Checked continuity for all connections between chip socket, oki chip , 20 pin hc373 chip etc. All is ok. checked even continuity in moates ribbon cable. I suspect that hc373 is broken. I'm a noob in tuning, maybe someone will have any idea.
Oh, and also dataloging is not working, freelog opens and connects but when I push start button all values are still at 0. Crome writes maps and read from emulator with no problem. When I removed p06 and plugged stock accord ecu car was working without any issue.

is the ostrich the older or newer version? the older version uses AAA batteries, and if the batteries die it will cause all sorts of weird issues.

I would say remove j1 jumper and solder in a new jumper just to be sure.
also check to make sure j12 is removed and empty. and look for any capacitors leaking

Thanks for help. It is ostrich 2.0. Checked J1 and there is continuity. J12 is unsoldered for sure. Capacitors visually look ok. Stock part of ecu seems to be ok, car works but on oem civic map. I'm wondering if capacitor is bad woudn't it cause that ecu wouldn't work also on oem maps?

Bought another p06 ecu, chipped it. Plugged it in car and didn't help. Symptoms are identical like before.
Check light stays on but when I jump diagnostic plug, light doesn't blink. My diagnostic plug is ok, because on stock ecu blinks code with no problem (o2 sensor heating circuit - logical , because stock sensor is removed) Any ideas? I'm really pissed off. Next I will buy chip and burn it. If it will help it means I have problem with ostrich emulator

sounds like the conversion harness you're using has failed.
does the stock 90 accord ecu still work perfectly fine when you plug that in?

I think I found a reason. Yesterday plugged my laptop in car, was traying to figure the problem out changing options in crome. had no hope it will help but car started with no cell, and datalloging in freelog was working. Then was driving around few hours and tuning. Have weak battery in laptop so half an hour driving then charging and adjusting map and so on. Afternoon started car and problem appeared again. Looked at the ecu and noticed that it sits just by my battery relocation main positive wire. Placed the ecu in distance from a wire and motor started without any issue. Since than car works fine.
It looks like the electromagnetic field from battery relocation wire was interferencing electronics in ecu. I think the chip in p06 is more fragile for this than stock ecu. Thats why stock ecu worked fine. Also it is decked while my chipped ecu has no cover.
