Default chipped p61 ecu will not work!!!

Hello. I chipped a p61 (not at all my first chipping job) and with the jumper on, it throws solid CEL immediately. Assuming I somehow messed up the solder or something,, I decided to send it in to xenocron to have him fix it. He said upon arrival it didnt work with his or my chip, so he cleaned up the solder and then he said it worked with his chip, but not with mine.

So I burned a new chip with a bin that he (chris harris) sent me, still solid CEL.
-Then I tried my friends chip (which is a known working chip) in my ecu, solid CEL.
-I tried my friends chip in his ecu in my car, worked fine.
-I tried my chip in his ECU, worked fine.
-Also, when the jumper is removed, my ecu works fine with no codes.

Is there something different about the p61 that I need to accomodate when I program the bin? I tried disabling checksum also. and im using crome. Any ideas what to try? THanks.

p61 is no different then USDM P30 and P28 (minus the knock sensor board). Just as a side note. P61 came originally from factory with EPROM.

if the program runs in p28 then it surely will run in p61 !

ok, so I have determined that it can't be a programming problem. I hooked up my ostrich and tried all the base roms that come with crome, then I tried disabling each option, and I did remove checksum on each one. After getting NOWHERE with anyone of those combination, I determined there must be a hardware problem still. I'm sending it back to chris harris at xenocron for him to see what happened. He says something must have gotten messed up in shipping, because it worked when he sent it out.
