Default Trans noise........?

Aloha everyone. So my pretty much stock 99 civic si. Og b16 and trans and I notice that wen I drive, if I slack the gas if I'm in 1st or 2nd, I can hear like a grindingish noise but goes away as soon as I'm driving. I'm sure it's a bearing but was wondering if anyone has knowledge and know how to replace the part......thanks everyone.

Does the noise go away if you depress the clutch pedal?

99% of the time, the noise isn't present if I'm at a light in neutral, pressing/releasing the clutch gives zero noise, only if I start to accelerate persay, held it at 20 mph for example, let go of the gas and as the car will somewaht jerk, the noise can be heard but jus with the motion of the jerk.

I guess what bearing takes the load of the motor, cuz the noise persists wen the car jerks or something, input shaft bearing?
