transmission or engine noise?
Alright i have a noise that im not sure if it is normal or something of concern. its kinda a hard noise to explain but it occurs when i am driving a certain mph take 60 for example and i left off the gas and let the car coast and start to slow down i hear a noise that sounds similar to a throwout bearing grind churn sound. is this a possible issue here the throwout bearing? or is it something else? btw the motor is a JDM b16 with b16 trans. about 40k miles stock clutch. thanks for any help
o and the noise only occurs when the clutch is disengaged and when decelerating if i accerate it goes away

i have been told from a bmw tech i work with as well as another source that it is prolly gear noise. and that i hear it due to the fact that i have billet mounts with poly bushings. is this possible and thus make it a non issue.
