Default 2000 civic manual transmission

Hey all

So i was givin a 2000 honda civic si but it needed the ISB done.

So i pulled it out and put a new bearing in
I pulled the transmission out the top
Removed clutch pressure plate and tstat housing.
I didnt have an alignment tool for the clutch so eyeballed it the tranny bolted up no problem so i think i had it lined up enough tigtened the pressure plate bolts through the starter holes

Put it all together
Now the problem

Started the car and put in gear release clutch doesnt move ot engage at all
Second and 3 when released it sounds like a little grinding but not bad but car doesnt even attempt to move

Whats everyones thought?
Clutch not lines yp proberly??

Oh also installed a new release bearing for the clutch

In gear, does the speedo register movement when the engine is running?

One of the axles is not fully inserted into the differential.

Where did you get the new input shaft bearing and how did you pay for it?
I need to change mine, I have been looking on line but the only thing I found was a bearing and seal kit..

Ok sorry for the delay
So I got under the car tonight
Drivers axle is spinning looks like I may have a issue with the connection to the hub
But that's a different story i think
So pass axle isn't spinning
If I turn drivers axle by hand the passenger doesn't spin
But if I spin the passenger axle by hand the drivers axle does spin

Ok issue resolved
I noticed that the cc joint had become loose and and torn the boot
Since no play in the cv prior to this I will put the cv shaft in the bearings tested all is working

Will replace boot
