Default Bank 1 system too lean???

Hi guys okay so here I am cruising along in my little 97 Del sol....
And BAM! 3rd gear 2500 rpm the car bogs and with more pressure on the gas pedal. So I press harder and shift to 4th and bogging stops.
Happens every now and then at 2500-3000 rpm in 2nd and 3rd.
+add seafoam and run it on interstate.

Two days later, again cruising along, BAM! check engine light. Bank 1 system too lean.
Car bogs more than usual now.
Idles fine.

So now, my question(s) is,
I have no cat. And the car is obviously obdII. Would that light up this glowy orange thing on my dash? (BTW, this Honda feels like a VW now. )

Also, it's a d series y7 with a y8 intake.
I DONT have a filter on my intake.
Could that cause it to throw a code too?

get a fuel pressure test done. your pump may be dying. sounds like a classic example of fuel pressure being too low
