Default engine change inspection

Hi All,
I've got an inspection later this month scheduled in hopes to get my B18C1 BAR'd in my 96 Honda Civic CX. I'm not worried about the engine passing - that's all fine.

My question is what else are they going to check on the car? My car is set up primarily for track use, only 1 racing seat with Sabelt 6pt harnesses (no factory 3 point seatbelts), completely gutted interior, ground control coilovers, etc etc..

Are they only going to be inspection the engine and smog? Or will the rest of the car give me issues while there?

Sorry if this has been discussed before - i tried searching around.

Thanks in advance,
Tim

Default Re: engine change inspection

California only seems to care about emissions, no safety items as far as I've been instructed. I'm interested to hear if they say anything different though. Let me know how it goes, I'm in the parts gathering process to go through the process with my B20Z daily sedan.
