Default Need the name of this part and any info regarding its replacement

I've been looking awhile now for the name of this particular part and how the hell to replace it. Basically the part connected to the engine that the top bolt for the distributor goes into crumbled away when I was replacing my distributor. No one can tell me the name of this part or how to remove it, no one at any auto store has been help.

It bent as I was bolting in the distributor.

Completely crumbled away when I pulled the distributor back off.

The car began no starting before this happened, distributor works, new plugs/wires, new fuel pump and fuel filter, distributor cap had oil in it so replaced that and dried out the distributor itself, any ideas on what else would be doing it would be lovely, there's spark and it turns but won't start. Battery/starter/alternator are all fine.

Thank you guys so much! Went to 3-4 shops and no one could tell me what it was. Unluckily I live in an area massively over saturated with civic enthusiasts and every junkyard civic has people waiting for them the day they arrive and **** so that eBay link was supremely helpful. Thanks again
