Hey!

I have swap a b18c4 engine to My 1997 Esi del sol. And now the ABS goes in over ~50km/h. Its feel not safe. The ABS light does NOT LIGHT. All the sensors look fine and no problem around.

Have anyboby a idé what it could be? Or did somebody do the same swap and have the same problem?

The ABS become active when i brake

 

How do you know ABS is inactive at lower speeds?

Does the ABS light work at all?

 

Becouse i dont feel it in the brake padel, and its "click" in the ECU when the ABS is active, like tick, tick, tick in the ECU :s


The ABS light is working for 100%

 

Have you jumped the service connector to check for trouble codes?

 

Yes, i have check and no code's pretty strange :/

 

Please reconcile these statements.

 

Okey, when the ABS "goes in" and be active the ABS light does not light up

But i can se when i start the car that the ABS light is working find

 

Are you able to verify the ABS actually doesn't work under 50 km/h? For example, do the wheels lock up when you slam on the brakes?

 

I think i can brake and lock the wheels without the ABS been active. But i'm not shore

I Will check it tomorrow. Do you have an idé what the problem can be? Some other most have the same problem on there b18c4 swap
