Hondata s300 compatible with aem 4 channel wideband?
Hey everyone, the question is in the title. Dose the hondata s300 have the suitable inputs to run a 4 channel wide band? Either Aem or plx? Reason being is I'm looking at getting itb's for my H22 but have been told by the guy who would be doing the tune that it won't be worth while unless a 4 channel wideband is used. Can the hondata s300 accept 4 different inputs for each channel? Thanks guy, any help is appreciated
the s300 is capable of reading 5 volt signal, it also has multiple possible additional inputs, but you may want to call hondata tech support and ask them directly...though I am not sure it would really be affordable to buy 4 wideband controllers. you may do better with a single wideband and then having one egt sensor per exhaust port...
The aem system comes as a 4 channel system when you buy it, you wouldn't have to run 4 separate controllers.. I've been reading up on them and apparently you can run all 4 channels through one imputed on the computer
Here's a link to the 4 channel controllerhttp ://www.aemelectronics.com/?q=products/wideband-uego-air-fuel-controllers/4-channel-wideband-uego-afr-controller
