Default Ktuned traction bar adjustment

I just installed the traction bar on my 98 ek hatch k20 swap. I can't find any threads of but people arguing over how to do it back in 2012. I'm not an avid track racer. I would use it for more of drag racing. I sometimes daily drive it but it's a rarity. I still have the wheels off of it because I haven't adjusted the bars any. From the way I read one guy let the suspension load it. I don't understand how he did this. He said he put the wheels back on it and let it sit on the ground. This sounds like the way I want to go. What do I not tighten and what do I tighten before that step? Just not sure of the steps. Any help is appreciated along with pictures.

Get an alignment, do you have custom specs? A speed shop can adjust to your needs.

Living in WV there aren't any speed shops around that do alignments. That's why I was going to try this method of loading the suspension since I don't think an alignment would be needed.
