Default The use of traction bar ???? (already searched)

I already know that traction bars help to hold the front wheels in place wich eliminates wheel hop under hard acceleration.

what i want to know is how traction bars effect car stability on cornering. Do they help any or do they make things worst??? I don't have any plans for drag racing, just for some uphill/downhill races so is a good traction bar a good investment for my car or should i spend my money somewhere else.

ps.I already have full coilover suspension and i have plans for a rear sway bar.

The radius rods are there to keep the cars caster in check, which is the actual movement of the wheel forward and backward. The stock bushings will flex a little and cause wheel hop, whereas a traction bar will not flex and give better traction, hence the name. So I would think it would help handling somewhat...haven't installed mine yet.

It also frees up a lot of space and is a good way to drop some weight.

I agree the wheel will defiantly be more sturdy on cornering, since there will be minimal movement with an added traction bar. So less front to back wheel motion in the wheel well (caster)

I can certainly vouch for the cornering. By far, the traction bar made the most noticeable improvements for cornering.
