Default Need help with my disc brake conversion

I have a '94 Honda Civic EX Coupe. Ive had the car sitting on jack stands for a while now scrounging up all the suspension parts and other misc items. Now I just need to figure out the rear disc brake conversion. I figured while I was changing everything else out, why not?

I went to the junkyard a couple days ago and picked up some trailing arms with discs off a 2000 Integra LS. I just payed the guys an extra fee to take them off for me (I know, stupid mistake) and they ended cutting the brake lines, emergency brake cables, and the ABS sensor wires.

Ive been reading up on a few threads lately about the conversion and everyone kinda has different things to say about what you need and everything else. One said you need to upgrade your Master Cylinder, and another about the Proportioning Valve, and then Ill need brake lines from an integra and parking brake cables from a 99-00 Si, etc.

Heres a few questions I have:

1. Being that my car doesnt have ABS, would it be a good idea just to unbolt the ABS sensors and putting the little cover back over the hole?

2. Will 99-00 Civic SI emergency brake cables work?

3. Will new brake lines for a 2000 Integra work?

4. Is a 40/40 Proportioning Valve necessary for the swap? If so, what vehicle can I get it from?

5. And is upgrading the Master Cylinder necessary for the swap? If so, which one?

I don't want to have to bend and flare lines unless I absolutely have to. Mainly because I don't have the tools to do it and I'm on a little bit of a budget. Any help and advice is GREATLY appreciated. Please feel free to add anything else that you recommend or maybe something I left out.

All of that is about EK's. Not much info on an EG. Are the Proportioning Valves the same on both? And the Master Cylinders? I just saw that the M/C doesn't really need to be changed if you're not upgrading the front, too. But with Prop. Valve, will the Si just bolt right up with my stock lines and mount?

Remove the ABS sensors. No need to cover the hole. On non-abs cars, the hole is just left exposed.

You need 94-01 integra cables or 92-95 civic rear disc cables. Try rockauto or bernardiparts.com.

Brake hoses from the same as above are needed. The rubber hoses will screw onto your existing metal lines.
The proportioning valve is advantageous. But not necessary for it to work.

I don't believe the master cylinder will make any difference in your case. You're not changing the size of the calipers.
