need help with plx wideband

Hey guys I've looked all over and can't find a clear detailed way to install my plx wideband on my turbo b18c gsr obd1 hondata any help would be great

Hey I got it all hooked up but now I have the code 41 (o2 sensor heater)so do I turn the heater off in the hondata? Or is there a different way to get it off?

turn off heater if not using/unplug factory O2 sensor.
