E-Brake...
Hello, I finished adjusting my E-Brake and only one said starts to drag after one click.. In other words the passanger side rear locks up real good but my driverside doesnt start to lock up until around the 10 click and I can still barely turn it by hand! Ive just removed the caliper and everything is free. The cable starts to pull instantly when the e-brake handle comes up...
Maybe the parts are worn inside Caliper?

Adjusting the parking brake is not a routine procedure.
You should probably start by telling up what you drive, what brake modifications have been made and when, and when the problem initially started.
The parking brake adjustment in the console is a balancing adjustment. It can only take up free play in parts like the cables themselves. If your parking brake equalizer pivots to one side, you would most likely have a stretched cable on the opposing side. The parking brake equalizer ideally should pull on both cables in equal length, meaning the pivot does not bias to one side or another. If it does pivot to another side, on a disc brake system, you either have a seized cable on the short side, or a stretched cable on the long side.
The levers that actuate the parking brake will experience little to no wear in operation. Any dragging is generally caused by corrosion on the cable ends, the parking brake release spring, or the piston itself due to a lack of use.
