New guy, Needs some help with a k20 rsx-s.
I need some help. I am replacing the vtc actuator on a k20. I have read the tricks about not taking off the front cover and keeping the chain tight etc etc etc. But I cant find anything as far as changing the gear/actuator itself. Is it as simple as unbolting and bolting the new one on. Is there a special procedure or anything?

I am unaware of a method in which the VTC gear can be changed without removing the front cover. The process is extensive and full of pitfalls... oh, and difficult/lengthy to explain here. I suggest you get a FSM and look up the procedure.
