Hello everyone,
I revently got my 2001 acura integra LS back together after 2 years of sitting. Now i have a new motor in it and im having problems. When i had my old gsr in there i did not have problems.


Here it is, during day time and i drive without lights, heat, rear defroster my car drives fine and has no problems.
At night or whenever i need to use my lights, defroster or heat i can feel the cars throttle kind of sputter or change if im driving. When i come to a complete stop it idles really low and sometimes it will stall out. I replaced new battery, had my alternator checked, checked my grounds but im still having the same problems. I dont know where to check anymore. I do still have a transmission to chassis i need to replace but it still looks good. It just bums me out because after 2 years of sitting its not running 100. When i had the gsr in it, it ran fine but thats 2 years ago. Any help would be good. Thanks in advance.

 

Replace that trans to chassis ground! if yours is bad get it replaced asap. Check and make sure all grounds are good and clean.

It kind of sounds like your alternator is dead, try a new one its been sitting for two years..
