Default Cylinder 1 misfire Any solution?

Hello, about 2 months ago I got a CEL that says Cylinder 1 has misfired. I changed the sparkplug on cylinder 1 and cleared the code and the CEL never came back on. However I can still feel the misfire at idle, my exhaust just stops for brief moment (1-2 seconds), and I can feel my engine vibrating/shaking like it is struggling. I don't have any problems turning on the car though, it just starts right up.

Can a cap and rotor cause only 1 misfire? I was thinking on replacing my cap and rotor.

Anything else I should check?
