Icon2 F22B2 ALIGNMENT ISSUES

hey yall i have a 96 accord lx ive done the alignment and tried to set it as best as possible the left rear is camber is -2.4 degress and toe is -.029 degress thats the closes i can get the adjustment but when i push on the front the rear driver tire it will go to +.03 but it will not hold its like something is causing to stay negative. i have noticed the rearward lower control arm being the same as the passenger im not sure if they supposed to be the same i know when i look from rear of car at that driver rear tire and i notice that it is cocked in.....
