Im working on my jrsc install on my crx and am missing the frp adapter plate. I went to moss motors and tried to order by part number but its unavailable. Does anyone know where I can get one at? Does anyone have the specs on the part so I can have one made? Is there an aftermarket or alternate oem FPR that I can use in the stock location? Is there an aftermarket fuel rail that I can use that would work? Been searching google and haven't really found anything except maybe moving the FPR to the firewall.

 

I have been reading through the jrsc threads and Jim @ Motorvations use to make one from what others have said. Might be worth a shot to get in contact with him.

 

It's just a plate to rotate the FPR.

You could make one on a simple Bridgeport or if you're handy with a dremel and a drill/drill press you can make your own out of a small piece of scrap aluminum plate.

Or you could buy an aftermarket fuel rail and run a remote FPR and eliminate the need for the plate entirely.

 

Thanks for the input. I looked into the options and went with the aem fuel rail and will remote mount their universal fpr.

 

Glad to help. That was definitely your easiest solution compared to sourcing or making your own adapter. The bigger plus is you'll have much more precise control over base fuel pressure and depending on which model you get can support enough fuel flow for tons of power so that's one less thing you have to worry about upgrading in the future.

 

I think he has a d series JRSC. They have a different intake manifold design.

OP, I'm going to hope and assume that you aren't running the FMU that originally came with the kit and have moved up to real engine management.

 

I have a sohc zc so basically a d16a6. I'm staying obd0 and will be tuning with turbo edit.

 

I don't believe Motorvations ever made a fuel rail adapter plate for the JRSC kits... you may be confusing that with the MAP adapter plate, which they still carry.

Another option would be to purchase the AEM 25-303 fuel regulator which is designed for the '90-93 Integra and utilizes a banjo fitting and bolt on the outlet side to turn the discharge 90'. This should clear the JRSC manifold just fine, and would be a clean installation. You will probably have to lengthen the 1/4" fuel return line between the regulator and hardline (at the base of the firewall) because of the new routing path.

Im taking off the cap shortly to hydro dip it in digital arctic camo. Im doing a custom valve cover again for The Shodan and i really like the design I'm doing for his other vc and thinking of using it on my SK2 manifold..

 

Yea its basically the same thing but $10 cheaper lol.

 

I've been debating hydro dipping some parts, just hard to find a pattern I like. I have found some epic powder coat combinations though, one of which I'm thinking about running on all of my cars wheels to say these are all mine lol. Just not sure if the color would work on a blue car, I'm thinking some form of brilliant white for that one.

 

Theres tons and tons of different patterns and designs, I deff think a nice bright white would pop nice on a blue car!!
