Icon6 Valve Cover Breather HELP...

Hi Guys, I'm new in honda and i am from the philippines. i just want to ask for help because my valve cover breather emits air instead of pulling air into the VC. also, if I engage my Vtec, oil spills out from the breather. if anyone already experience this, i hope you share your thoughts here. Thanks honda-tech!

*it emits air in a fast and in interval manner.

Engine: Stock b16

No, it doesn't pull air in. PCV = Positive Crankcase Ventilation. It's supposed to let built up pressure out.
