Car overheating after about 10 mins
My Accord 97 is constantly running hot. I've replaced the thermostat and the upper and lower coolant sensors. If I hit the a.c. button the radiator fan runs but the condenser fan doesn't and it still heats up. Got any advice for me at this point?
No I didn't. I haven't ordered a burping funnel yet. That was my last resort. But I did buy an etc sensor from AutoZone where I work and I can't find it in my engine bay. It might be that because the fans don't turn on when it's hot.
You've already identified several issues that you need to address. First of which is fix the non working fan. Check fuses, get a multimeter or at least a test light and check it out/repair it. Second, bleed the air out of your cooling system. (while the engine is cool/cold) Crack open the bleeder screw at the T-stat, fill up the rad until fluid comes out the screw and then close the bleeder screw. Top off the radiator but leave the cap off. Let the car warm up with the radiator cap off (unless you have one of those no spill free funnels to attach to the radiator) and continue to keep radiator topped off until you see the coolant "flowing". Its better if you have a buddy to keep an eye on the temp gauge but if not, just check it every 10- 20 seconds. If you don't see the coolant "flowing" by the time the fans come on and the temp is past normal "op temp," you have a bad water pump. If it doesn't overheat anymore, than you've fixed the problem.
I just had the water pump go out on my 94 lx. With the short amount of time that your car is overheating, it probably is the water pump but the procedure above will help you test and confirm this.

Apply direct battery power to the connector for the fan that's not working and see if the fan motor is dead.
There is no such thing as a burp funnel with regard to Hondas. All you do is crack the bleeder bolt when filling the radiator and you close the bolt as soon as coolant streams out.

Just for kicks. I was driving to the next town over and saw my car was steaming. Stopped at a local hospital and opened up the good to see the new coolant reservoir cap completely melted open. Can I rule out the water pump malfunction since that means the coolant is running through the engine and getting really hot?
