Default B16 valve cover port routing

Where can i run the port on the top of the valve cover too? I don't have and intake before my turbo to run it to. Can I just put a filter on or does it need vacuum? Maybe run it to the brake booster port (which i don't have either) with a check valve?

You will want to run that line from the valve cover to some type of catch can. You will also want to take off the pcv valve and run the line from the back of the block to the catch can.

Right now i am trying to avoid running a catch can until i know if it will be necessary. Just trying to start it up.

The port near the oil fill cap is not a "vacuum" fitting. It is a fresh air port for the engine. The PCV valve components draft air through that line to prevent vacuum and pressure in the crankcase.

Put a breather filter on it at least. I would also advise in the longer run to install a line from that port to the turbo intake pipe, or to the air filter box before the filter element if you have ring leakage that creates crankcase pressure. Solving blowby problems is difficult without actually determining what kind of pressure is in the crankcase. Use a manometer, and drill a hole in another oil fill cap and install it. Report back with your readings under boost and at idle.
