98 Civic w/ b18b1 swap, CEL for CKP.
Hello,
98 Civic with B18B1, I've converted to an OBD1 P75 using a OBD2 to OBD1 jumper harness. I have a CEL error code 4 which is CKP, do I need to do the CKP fix where you cross the wires at the ECU to get the signal from the dizzy instead of the sensor by the crank pulley? Thanks.

No you have a OBD1 ECU that not look for the crank fluctuation sensor.
The code 4 is the CKP inside the distributor. Check for continuity to body ground at B15 and B16 ECU pin, Then check for resistance on the same b15 and b16 (350-700 ohms) is the Honda specs.
