Eibach and h&r spring rates?
Spring rates are determined by the car's motion ratio. And, for our cars especially, the rear rates tend to be higher in the front's as a result of suspension design.
Ok makes sense now. I have a 2003 with the 15.9? Mm front sway bar and19mm rsx rear sway bar. Would those springs rates be good for a car wanting more neutral handling and I not what spring rates?
Ok what are good spring rates for this gen civic? My mind is still baffled how the rear rates could be so high. On the 92-00 500lbs in the rear would be insanely rough for a dd. I looked at the progress coilovers and they were 350/650

Personally, I've got 11kg/mm (~615 lbs/in) fronts and 13kg/mm (~728 lbs/in) rears.
Would you consider your ride rough?
I'll be mostly daily driver with some spirited driving I live in the northeast so definitely nothing more then 1.5-2.0 inches.
I wouldn't go as aggressive as I have, just for the sake of it being your daily driver. I'd shoot for a 9-10kg/mm front and 10-11kg/mm rear setup.
