Default B16 JRSC S300 lean idle, surging, dying

Hi everyone, I know this form is dead but I guess I'll give it a shot. So I have been searching for 2 weeks now trying to figure out the problem. I have a em1 with 60k on the clock I just put on a JRSC and have had nothing but issues since. I just bought the new Hondata S300 v3. When I start the car it will idle at 14.7:1 which is perfect. It will only do that for about 5 seconds and run lean too 18:1 or hive me the --- on the AEM wide band. I'll add up to 20% more fuel and it does nothing. I'll take it for a spin and it will be at 14.7:1 at light loads accelerating but as soon as I cruis it goes lean again and starts to buck. When I come to a spot the engine dies every time. Then when I go to re start it the damn thing starts idle surging so ill have to hold it at 5% throttle just to keep it alive while it surges. At WOT its at 11.7:1 where I like it but feels slow as crap. I am using the pre-set jrsc b16 map in the Hondata vault for a base map. Any one have any suggestions?

Thank you in advance!

is it throwin any codes?
try and see if it will start and idle with a stock ecu. if it does, the problem lies with the s300 ecu. The base map is probably faulty.
