Default Will b18b1 in 1990 integra pass smog?

Hi I have a 1990 Acura integra GS with a blown b18a1, I've already called many places and they've told me that they don't carry the b18a1 nearly anywhere anymore since it's an old motor so I've decided to go with the b18b1. So my question is if I swap a b18b1 in my da and convert it to obd0 will it pass smog, if not what will I need in order to make it pass? I'm pretty new to the Honda game so any useful info will be appreciated thank you

Depends where you live. California might be a little more difficult.

Yes. As long as you transfer all your emissions accessories to the b1 thus keeping it obd0.

This also works for a b20b/z as well, which is a cheaper replacement long block than the B1.

It really is this simple.

All you have to do is move the emissions controls/accessories from the B18A1 to the B20B/Z. Then you take it down to the referee, pay $8.25, and enjoy your car.
