Default removing melted rubber from aluminum? ( spark plug boots melted in valve cover)

Long story but I melted the grommets that seal in the spark plugs to my valve cover. What's a safe way to remove it?

Use a razor but only use the long side don't use the corners. You don't want to nick anything.

I am having the same issue. How did you resolve it? I am thinking of fogging to the junk yard and pulling another one
