Need help please!

My 1997 Honda Accord has a problem with the central lock.

1. Driver side and passenger side central locks are not working. I only hear a click when I try to operate it.
2. I have been locking all the doors manually.
3. I am able to lock/unlock only one door (either driver or passenger side) using the key at a time.
4. I am able to unlock ONLY the driver side front door using key FOB.
5. I am unable to lock any door using the key FOB.

Can someone please tell me if the relay or the front driver side actuator is bad?
