how do you test a p28 ecu?

Default how do you test a p28 ecu? TRYING TO TROUBLE SHOOT NO START

is there a way to test a ecu to see if its good or not? trying to trouble shoot my no start


fuel pump primes and i loosened the fuel filter screw and gas sprays out
not getting spark

new main relay
new icm
new coil
new battery
new cap
new rotor

all fuses are good. getting power to the dizzy from the blk/yellow cable

plug it in the vehicle and see if it starts.

are you hearing the fuel pump prime? Are you getting any spark?

Check for power at IGP1 and IGP2 at the ECU/ECM with ign. on.
Check for power to the distributor assembly.

MM&Y of car would help???? 94

90-TEG B20/B16

DIZZY GETS POWER/ECU GETS POWER. IVE CHANGED ALL THE STUFF THATS MENTIONED ABOVE. STILL NO SPARK

Alright same thing happened to me two weeks ago. its a fuse. The underdash fuse box is where you want to look. There are 2 fuses separated from the pack. on top of those fuses is the ignition switch harness (for reference) it is the fuse on the left. let me know if that is the problem.
I had to buy another dizzy ($100) and another external coil ($60) and problem was a simple 15 amp fuse.

what do you mean 2 fuses that are separate from the pack? all my fuses in the the box is is good same for the engine bay

dang my bad, I was thinking of the 3rd gen integra and you have a 93 integra. the only other thing I can think of is checking your grounds, the one on the thermostat and the other on the transmission to chassis.
