I have a 2000 acura integra gsr with a jdm front and im going to turbo it this summer. My goal is too push 350 hp for a dd with ac. I have a Garrett 60 trim ar .63 turbo with a 4 bolt exhaust and I will be ordering a ac compatible ramhorn manifold, downpipe, and dumptube.
My questions are:
1) Any intercooler in the market that is rated for 450hp and I dont have to do some cutting on my bumper?
2) is the skunk2 half sized dual core radiator good for a turbo car? Will it give me what I need without overheating? And how would it fit ?
3) what sized slim fan should I use for my radiator and ac compressor? I will have one for each.
4) is there a catchcan I can buy that wont require me too relocate my battery?
5) my final question is whag size charge pipes should I use and is there a website I can buy one that will clear my ac?

Most you will have to trim some part of the bumper...

No need, just use what you have...

Any of the name brand fans work just see what your need is.

Plenty, just get a basic round one and find a spot to mount it.

Your going to have to see what manifold your going to use and figure out what you need. You will possibly need 2"-2.5", I try to stay closer to the same size as the outlet of your turbo.
