Help w/driver side OEM HID not working
I have the full headlight harness no hack jobs and before this it worked fine, heck a week ago it worked. I'm rather lost on where to start the HID's come on as your "headlights" and your highbeams mean ALL your lights are on, any suggestion are welcome. This looks tacky as **** and looks like I have cheap *** ebay HIDs when I don't.
Ignore the fact my one HIGHBEAM doesn't work it never has the rest has worked fine.

my corner lights don't work either but my fender ones do...I was soo soo careful storing these lights nothing ever hit the ballast when I had them on the car. all that changed was I hooked up the engines sensors and all that.
Swap bulbs- see if the problem follows the bulb
Swap ballasts- see if the problem follows the ballast
If neither the bulb or ballast from the passenger side work on the drivers side its your wiring. If the drivers side parts don't work on the passenger side it's the part you swapped. Spend a couple minutes troubleshooting instead of having people guess as to the cause.

there was no fuse... so maybe that's my fault but I never removed it.
going to try and see if i can get the highbeam to work on the pass side as you can see in the photo it's non functional. the thing with the highbeam is both fuses are fine, so I guess the bulb? I'll try swapping bulbs but it makes no sense why my high beam wouldn't work on one side and both fuses are good. Also I noticed there are 2 very small 158's in the same housing as the highbeams, does anyone know what they are I cant see any pics with them lit up? some say fogs others say city's.

As far as the high beam goes, have you checked the bulb to see if its even still good? The filament might have broken from within the bulb itself while you were transporting them during your build.

You might want to think about any wiring you modified or moved when you decided to relocate your fuse box and battery. Also the dash harness you replaced may have been damaged somehow?
Easiest way to help figure out where to start : unplug the light bulb connector in question, turn on the lights, and test for 12v at the connector. If you have voltage, half your problem is figured out. If no voltage is present, there's an issue with the wiring in the car or you have a bad fuse.

What are the "parking lights" like when I put the blinkers on?. Apparently the fogs are a 2 light system too?. I don't have a usdm harness so I don't have the parking lights you're thinking of.
Update #2 got all my headlights/signals working, apparently the city lights require a separate fuse holder and some other crap that makes no sense. Or you can use one of the bulb plugs from the usdm front, I don't have a usdm harness anymore so that's out of the question.

The city lights are wired inside the headlight housing to the brown headlight connector. You dont need bulb plugs from the usdm front or any seperate fuse holder to get them working. If your signal light illuminates, your city light should as well since they share a power lead. If you dont have a usdm headlight harness, what harness do you have? Your engine harness is still the original USDM RS harness so I would think the rest of your harnesses would follow suit.
