Can someone ID where this bolt came from? It's 14mm bolt head and nut. I did an axle/rotor/upper control arm swap.

I can't determine if it's from my Accord or Miata.

Does it look familiar to anyone?

 

Been doing any body work on either? I ask because of the taper on the bolt - makes me think of a body bolt more than what you would find on suspension or engine/trans stuff.

 

I had a 95 LX and I've done the same type of work on mine. Doesn't look like a bolt I came across. I remember the brake line had a bolt to secure it, but It didn't have a split washer and it was a 10 mm head. It looks like one of the bolts that hold the cooling fans on the radiator, but they are 10 mm heads again. It was obviously designed to handle vibration, hence the split washer. Can't figure where the nut might come in since the ones I have referred to all thread in. Would have to be rather thin for this bolt to hold anything together because of its length.
