I just bought a 94 accord 5speed it has an issue with starting it seems when it is 20 or below what it does you will turn the key to start and all it does is click once I have replaced the battery but it still does it to get it to start you have to leave the key on for 3 to 5 min and it will start fine every time the guy I got it from said it has been doing that for about a year is this a problem that replacing the starter will fix or would it be something else

 

I would say check your distrutor cap if doesn't fix it then it could be the starter is going out. Have you tried going to your local auto part store and see if anyone there might be able to help out.
