Need a bit more info. The engine won't crank? Starter just clicks? Cranks very slowly? Cranks fine but won't fire? Cranks, a cylinder fires occasionally, but won't run?

It could be your battery going bad, or you do not have enough cold cranking amps to start the car in cold weather.

new battery installed 2 mos. ago, when i turn the key there is a click and the fuel pupmp runs for 2 sec then shuts off, replaced the main relay, took it too a guy and he said it may be another (starter relay)?) when it warms up outside- above freezing ot starts right up. when i turn the key nothing happens, all other syastems work.

If there's not cold crank, it does sound like the starter. You can buy replacement contacts for the starter for a few dollars (dealer, driveline, and maybe partstrain) and that will probably get you more life out of the starter. You will have to pull the starter and open it up a bit to replace them - not hard to do.

ok try this . this is what i ended up with after 300 in parts . change the dizzy . the ECM is bad . its inside the dizzy .{ ignition control module }it was easier for me to change the whole dizzy . or you can just replace that part . where im at it was an 10buck price difference .

Having a similar problem with '02 accord. Won't start when it drops below freezing, buts starts right up every time it thaws, I'll try the "dizzy" and the ECM with it, and let you know what happens.
