i guess it's either all the way down, or all the way up

My 95 GS-R has this problem pop up every year or so...it's actually easy to fix too.
Just pop off the interior door panel and tighten up the bolts and such...works for me everytime.

Im still working on mine, I have the door panels taken off and am cleaning up the tracks.
Check to see if the rubber lining along side of the window tracks are still in place, this rubber track guides the window up and down and keeps it from rattling. You will notice the problem if you roll your windows about half way and shut the door, this is the window hitting the unlined track, while your at it clean and lubricate with some silicone spray.
BTW I killed my battery while messing with the sunroof (shutting and closing)and I know it will happen to with the window so make sure you start up the car to keep the battery from draining
