I just bought an abused 2003 SI. I got a good deal so I wasn't worried about mechanical issues I know I can fix. Usually if i have issues like this I'll go to a junkyard and look at a similar car, no such luck this time. Any help is appreciated.

The first photo is behind where the passenger head light mounts, the second comes from below the ABS pump. There is no ABS light illuminated.

First pic looks like the wires for the windshield washer tank (red is rear window one). IDK about the second one.

 

First one does look like the washer plugs but they run all the way down under the bumper yours are way too short. Second one hmmm. I Just had my car apart and don't remember that one.( also just opened the hood and there is no such thing there) The only one that is in the area is the crankshaft position sensor, but its not under the exhaust manifold its under the crank pulley. What engine is in it? PM me if you need the manual.

P.S looking at the picture again that cant be the crank sensor. Almost looks like the pump for the rear washer.
