What kind of header???
A DC header would probably be okay to start with, but you're not going to add any noticeable power with just that. That cup holder you want on the other hand, phew that will add at least 40 horses.

As a courtesy heads up, the D series motors (especially the 1.5 Liters) don't see any significant gains with bolt on parts.
Simply, your header isn't going to have any noticeable impact on your power.
Even with a chipped ECU and a full tune, a header is going to be minimal in affecting your power band.
