On mornings or if car sits for more than a few hours I will get trouble to start the car on the first tumble. then the check light comes on and the car will start and idle fine. If i drive for about 5 mins then switch off the engine and switch it back on the car will start fine without the check light. However, when driving without the check light on the car will sometimes stutter and then the check light will come back on and the car will drive fine. I jumped the 2 wires under the dash and I got error code 9 cylinder sensor. I recently swapped my dizzy for a known working one but the problem still exists. Pls help!

If the distributor sensor and its wires test good in Ohm tests, then replace the distributor.
