Check Engine Light Code p1381
From what I can gather code p1381 (cyp sensor) narrows it down to a bad ecu, distributor or alternator.
I took the cap of the distributor and the rotor was facing down. From what I know it's supposed to face to the upper left correct?
Does that mean I have to replace the distributor or is something else the problem?
Car is a 98 civic ex.

Finally got around to getting a multimeter, didn't have one.
Resistance was .335 on CYP sensor.
Time for a new distributor.
