Hello guys I got a problem with my Honda accord 2005 sometimes a want to start and sometimes don't want to star I hear a little funny sound coming from the fuse box where the pedals are located its sound like a little scracth I have to back and for with the key to start I have a video of the funny sound any help please

 

 

The last couple days here is been really cold in maryland and the problem don't show up at happen again couple hours ago after I drive the vehicle for around 30 minutes and wasn't that cold because of the sun please help me with this guys

Do you know exactly where is located or it's located around the fuse box by the pedal box how I know which one it's the bad one or its a way to check it thanks

When it won't start, is the starter spinning the engine over?

information on checking relays and circuits is explained in any repair manual. Haynes, Helms, Chilton, etc. If you don't have one, be sure to get one and perform troubleshooting from that first before starting a new thread.
