*Help. Some kind of relay problem?

Losing power?
ok heres the problem and i dont know what the problem could be.
The car is a 92 civic hatchback, automatic.
-Sometimes the car won't start, it wont even crank, when i start it, it sounds like the car is losing power and just dies. after a few minutes it starts up.
-When it does start i set the clock in the car, and then when it doesnt start the clock resets. that happens after the car turns back on.
-So my car loses power somehow during that time.
what can be problems leading to this? i changed the starter but nothing. can this be a relay problem of somekind or something else?
thanks for taking a look at this.

sounds like the main relay to me. your car is 14 years old. the main relay is going bye bye. get a new one from honda for like.. $60. or you can get a hold of one of the HT member here. i believe his name is "shroundelusa" or some **** like that. haha. i cant remember it. but its close to that. but he has many main relay that he can sell for $10.
