HELP - head gasket problem
Okay so Im in need of a new head gasket for my d16y7 and I am building it in the near future. Question - can I use a 75.5mm without boring/shaving my block?

why would you use a 75.5mm without a bore?
that makes no sense, you cant re use it when you do a build if you plan on boring it then
get the factory piece, unless it was already bored to 75.5
